Health Plan of Nevada’s Medicaid Plan values your opinion and wants to hear from you! Each spring a survey is mailed to a random group of members. This survey, called the Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS), is meant to help us understand your experience with the health plan and its providers. The survey asks questions related to the care you have received from your care provider and from your health insurance plan. Some of the questions include topics such as:
Have you had a flu shot?
Has your personal doctor followed up promptly on test results?
How often have you been seen within 15 minutes of your appointment time?
Your experience with your health plan matters. If you receive a survey in the mail between February and May, please complete and return it. Your responses can help us better serve you!
